Meridian District is led by the District Key 3: the District Chair, District Commissioner, and District Executive. Together, they provide strategic direction, build a bench of volunteer leadership, and deliver professional support to ensure Scouting remains strong across the San Ramon Valley. Each brings a distinct role — volunteer governance, unit service and program quality, and council coordination — working in partnership to support units and the Scouts they serve.
