Important Info

Arrival:  Everyone attending must be registered.  Those arriving should plan to arrive between 12 noon and 1PM.  Camp is still in session Saturday morning so PLEASE NO EARLY ARRIVALS.

When you arrive at camp, please park in the main lot across from the Rangers House.  ADA parking is limited and available across from the parade field.

Check in will take place at Bob’s Bend.

Meal Service:  We will be serving a camp BBQ later in the afternoon, around 3PM.  We’re working on getting the camp Trading Post open.  Feel free to bring some snacks and scout appropriate beverages to hold you over.  Or stop on your way in to check out some great local eateries in Duncan Mills or visit the Caz General Store – is a staff favorite!

Voting: Yes we will be announcing our first term Board of Directors.  If you did not vote electronically (please do!) you will have a small window of time to cast your vote.  Those needing to vote in person should plan to arrive early.  Voting will close at 2PM

Accommodations:  We plan on ending our in camp celebration around 5PM.  Unfortunately we are not able to offer any overnight options.  There are several local options via Air BnB, VRBO, and some nearby campgrounds.

Lodging options given at last year’s 100th celebration, check them out here.
